Help! Can not connect camera to phone?

With some of the professional brands we sell the device has to be deleted/unbound from the app/cloud server, so it could be that you did fully remove the camera from the app/account before you disconnected and reconnected it.

As it is a cheap, possibly rebadged/OEM camera you might struggle to get support from the manufacturer to properly disconnect/unbind the camera so the other option would be to try hard resetting the camera and then try re-adding it to the app.
 
Thanks Dan - I thought it could be connected to multiple phones so I didn't think it would be cloud linked.
I have tried resetting by pressing the button for 20 seconds but sadly no luck.
 
Ensure that your camera and phone are compatible with each other. Some cameras may only be compatible with specific smartphone models or operating systems.If your camera connects wirelessly, make sure that Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is enabled on both your camera and phone. Check the camera's settings menu to ena.
