Hi-Watch DS-H208QA (Live view failed)

Hello to everyone

I have problem with Hi-Watch camera, i guy came and installed it. Everything works fine from local area....cameras work, live video works etc....Problem arose when we wanted to access cameras from WAN...opened all three ports, all of them are opened, even on Mikrotik "NAT" section i can see that packets are coming inside those DST-NAT addresses.....but thing is that i get the error when i want to stream live video from WAN....live view failed....

any suggestions?

We don't have a lot of experience with Hi-Watch cameras, have you made any progress in resolving this issue?
