I seem to have the opposite problem most of you have - my HIKVision doorbell (DS‐KV6113‐WPE1) notifies me when on mobile data, however SOMETIMES it doesn´t ring or even register an event on doorbell ring in the app when I´m on the WIFI network of the apartment. When I´m on mobile data there doesn´t seem to be any issue. The doorbell is connected via PoE to a switch and then to the router. The WIFI I connect to is a TPLINK Deco M5 mesh which are connected to the same router. Any idea how I could solve the issue :/ It only happens sometimes, and I haven´t identified a pattern to these missed rings.
