HikConnect on iVMS 4200

Hello everyone
Do you know if there is a way to stop iVMS 4200 from requesting HikConnect account re-login after a few days?
It is frustrating for the end user to have to input the login credentials again and again, sometimes even device serial number and verification code are required.
HikConnect app on mobile devices doesn't require that.

Is the end user running the latest version of IVMS-4200 (v2.7.2.4)? Camera firmware the latest? I'll run some tests and get back to you.

Yes, latest iVMS and latest DVR firmware is installed

Hi Kostas, I've left IVMS running for a few days and haven't had it ask to re-login. Putting the PC into hybernate or letting it go to sleep doesn't cause my IVMS to request a re-login. If you add the clients camera to your IVMS does the same thing happen? Stab in the dark but I'm wondering if it might be related to dynamic DNS on the end user side.

Hmm, truth is that the user closes ivms on the pc after they finish whatever they needed to watch. They do not let it stay open. Maybe this is the solution. To keep ivms running.
I will try that and let you know.
