Hello All,

I've noticed that this is coming up as an error on my AX Pro. It doesn't tell me anything other than that? I'm trying to work out what possible solutions there are?

Thanks

Sorry, we haven't come across this before.
Are you still seeing the same?
Batteries?
Range?

Hi Phil,

I removed it and turned it off/on and that seems to have sorted it. I did do a firmware update prior... maybe that impacted it (shouldn't have though?) seems to be working ok now though.

Thanks

It is typically best to perform a power cycle restart after a firmware update.

Thanks for feeding back :)

No problem. Can a power cycle restart be done from the app and will it restart everything? It was a bit of a pita taking it off, restarting the two that I have and if avoidable that would make my life a lot easier should it occur next time. Thanks.

To be honest, I don't know.
As yet, I have not been hands-on with any of the AX-Pro kit :(
Hopefully, somebody with experience will be able to respond here / let you know soon ...

I also have 2 (that's giving me some issues right now) and I have found no way to restart them without opening them....which as you say, is a real pita.
