Door Entry After re-mapping my network, no video on the indoor station when someone rings the bell?

Hello to everyone.

I have this Hikvision Doorbell kit (IP Intercom) kit DS-KIS603-P (DS-KV6113-WPE1 & DS-KH6320-WTE1) and has been working fine.
I needed to remap my wired net, and reinstall it and having a issue with it.

Net:
Wired from router (ISP) directly to a hikvision switch.
From hikvision switch, one POE wire to the doorbell and from a LAN port of the switch directly to the main door station (that has an independent power supply).
Both units with fixed IP address, and wired (LAN).
Both units has same time-date and time-zone (read that with could be a problem if not synced)
Live View works perfect, so video and audio is working fine.

ISSUE - Problem:
But... when someone rings the bell, the main door station receives the call, I can answer but screen keeps in black not showing the live view.
The station also permits to open the lock door and answer the call (only audio).
Of course the sim card cannot record the screenshot as video is not working during the call.

If I go to Live View and start from in to out a call, works fine.
The problem is receiving calls - that has no video.
Using Hikconnect, answering, I am having the same behaviour.


Additional: I also have a NVR with some cameras and the DS-KV6113-WPE1 is working as a recording camera as well. This has been no issue in the past.

Someone can help me?
