We seem to be having an issue with one of our Hikvision DS-2DE2C400MWG-E cameras. The camera intermittently disappears from the Hik-Connect app and cannot be viewed.
When checking the NVR, it indicates that it cannot obtain an IP address. However, if I unplug the Ethernet cable and plug it back in, the camera comes back online and works again.
This issue has occurred previously in the same way.
