Firmware How can I tell what firmware version my NVR is on?

How can I tell what software my dvr is on.
Model is ds-7608ni-i2
Also is there a link to the software I need if its been updated?
I did read some thing a while back but can not seem to find it now. Was about the software not being under dvr but called something else?

On the local menu you can read the firmware version off by clicking the spanner icon - it's on the first page that appears. If you use a web browser, you can login to the NVR click Configuration > System > System Settings > Basic Information and it's noted there. The I series NVR (it's not a DVR) firmware is on the Hikvision UK Portal. If you bookmark that page, you can check it every now and again to see if there are any updates:

In the uk portals cameras are listed under "Front End" and NVRs under "Back End"
