Door Entry How to enter PIN Code to open the door on the keypad

Hi there,

so i have a "problem" for which i can´t find any solution.

How on earth am i supposed to enter that card password on the keypad? # password #?

Hope that anybody can help me out on this one.

Note: This is the password of the card which was issued within access control.

Any help would safe my day.

May have changed now but Lenel was scan card enter 4 digit pin and door opened. no prefix or suffix # needed

Ah, so that´s an *extra* safety thing? Not somthing i can use if one does accidently forget/lose the card?

yes, if someone found your card they cannot access sensitive areas.

i never got that PIN to work on the "card config" page, now i know why, this is an extra security?

i created all keycodes on the "user passwords" page, with new firmware you can create 16 instead of 3 , and now min length is 4 instead of 6
i enter the hosue with #1234#
