How to reset my Hikvision NVR?

Hello all.

Is there a way how to hard reset hikvision DS-7616NI-k2, there are no reset button on mainboard....

Hi @ButterFly

There is no physical hard reset button on the larger Hikvision NVRs, if you don't have the password to access the NVR you will have to perform a Password Reset and send the reset file to either your original seller/installer or Hikvision support directly.
