i need help with my nvr i can't view my cameras externally here is system information its running before platform accesses.
firmware version - V3.3.4 build 150616
Encoding Version -V1.0 build 150505
web version - V4.0.1 build 150505
Plugin Version - V3.0.5.40
Now i must say that hi-connect works perfectly locally but as soon as you go external this is the same with the old version ivms 4500.
