Door Entry Intermittently missing video feed on indoor station when recording video from outdoor station?

My setup is the following:
  • DS-KV8113-WME1 (Model A) outdoor station running V2.1.35 build 210406
  • 2x DS-KH6320-WTE1 indoor stations running V2.1.34 build 211118
  • One of the indoor stations is setup as "Indoor station", the other as "Indoor Extension"
  • DS-7608NI-K1(B) NVR running V4.30.085 build 210409
I've setup the DS7608 to record videos from two Tapo C200 TP-Link cameras, an Annke camera and from the DS-KV8113-WME1 outdoor station. Everything works fine on the NVR, However, intermittently, one of the DS-KH6320-WTE1 indoor stations shows a black screen when somebody calls on the outdoor station. At other times, both indoor stations correctly show the video feed from the outdoor station when somebody calls. The problem seems to happen at random. If I remove the DS-KV8113 from the DS-7608NI-K1(B) then both indoor stations work correctly all the time, without any problems. So the problem seems to be being caused by the DS-7608NI-K1(B) NVR.

Is this another firmware bug similar to the one that I also experienced with Live Video feeds and explained here - https://www.use-ip.co.uk/forum/threads/ds-kh6320-wte1-extension-station-not-showing-live-view.6509/#post-27236?

Anyone else experiencing a similar problem when recording the video from DS-KV8113-WME1 on an NVR? Any workarounds?

I hope that we don't have to wait another year for Hikvision to solve this bug.

Hi, I have the same issue with this doorstation and DS-KV6113-WPE connected to NVR DS-7604NI-K1(C). Have you managed to fix this? It is really annoying and unreliable. I do not want to give up and disconnect the outdoor station from the NVR.
 
Same issue for me and A model DS-KV6113-WPE1 which is also seen and on HikConnect app.
Only up to 3 devices allowed
 
Just to check, do you all have the outdoor stations connected to your NVRs via IP address, and not directly to its POE ports?

Cany you also make sure all devices are using the most up-to-date firmware linked below, and see if that fixes it?

Can't help you because I am on DS-KV6113WPE1 (A) and DS-KH8301WT both of them EOL.
Maybe soon I'll replace them with newer models. I want something newer that KV6113(C)
Both of my EOL devices do not support more than 3 viewers simultaneously.
So Indoor, NVR and HikConnect are OK for the time being. Settings and Live view on iVMS are rare
