I have 4 x 1080p IR dome cameras both Hikvision and I noticed two of them are not displaying the camera menu when I click on the IRIS button. they use to do it but I have tried to access it this week and its not working. If I click the iris enough times the little box pops up on my screen saying "the current recording resolution has exceeded controls capability" - what does that mean?
My other 2 camera show the menu fine and I can access it no problem. I have a 8 ch DVR and all channels are being used.
