I added a DS-2CV2046G0-IDW to the indoor station and it works fine. I then added a DS-2CV2026G0-IDW as the second cam on my indoor station and it works fine. I then added a third camera DS-2CV2026G0-IDW but this one i am unable to get to view. I get error: "Starting live view failed. Error code: 10706" Any advice? I am sure I did everything the same on all 3 cams.

Hi @Gavins

Are all 3 cameras running the same firmware version? What firmware version(s) are they running?
What firmware version is the DS-KH6320-WTE1 currently running?
Are you just seeing the error message with the 3rd camera? Can you still see the live images from the first 2 cameras?

The DS-KH6320-WTE1 is on the latest as I have it (V2.2.24_240115) The wifi cams are all 3 on the latest as I have it (V5.5.820_231120)
I can see the first 2 cams. Error message is just on third camera

I should maybe add that I connected the 3 cams to the indoor station and they are also connected to a DVR. (iDS-7216HQHI-M2/s) Viewing on DVR is fine for all 3 cams

Check the sub stream settings on the DVR for the camera that isn't working. It has to be H264 as that's all the indoor station supports; if it's H265 it won't work.

Main and Sub stream is on H264

You mention that the cameras are WiFi cameras. Are all cameras connected identically? Is the affected camera connected to the same SSID, access point and network segment as the others? Some WiFi routers and access points can be configured to block device to device communications. For instance, if the device was connected to a guest network, it would have access to the internet, but no other device on your network.

All are connected to same SSID, access point and network. DVR is also on same network and I can view the camera on the DVR. I can not think of any differences on the 3 cameras
