Issue with Playback on HiLook Cameras - Error 245416

Maaf gan mau konsultasi kita pake aplikasi hilook vision udah 2 hari untuk putar playback kok keluar masalah eror 245416 solusinya dong

"Sorry, bro, I want to consult, we use the Hilook Vision application, it's been 2 days to play playback, how come there is an error problem 245416, the solution, please"

This thread mentions that rebooting the NVR seemed to fix this error:
Video playing Failed Error code: 245416???

It may be that the Hikvision servers are overwhelmed too, you could try H.265 encoding if your camera offers it, or lower the video quality / maximum bitrate.

Make sure that you are using the most up-to-date version of HiLookVision too, which you can download from the Hikvision App Store.
