Hik-Connect iOS Playback Issues

Hi, would be grateful for any advice on this odd situation...

NVRDS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B)4-channel NVR (with a 10TB WD100PURZ Surveillance HDD).
2 x DS-2CD2385FWD-I8MP (4K) Turret Cameras
Current firmware version is V4.30.097 build 240401

Not too sure what is causing this but playback of footage on an iOS device is behaving strangely.
If you see below, I have it set up to show the timeline of events in red. For example.....if I scrolled over to the 8:53am block of footage, if I then wanted to scroll back to the footage before which would be around 8am, it jumps back to 9 once I move to 8am.
It is becoming a real issue as if you are looking for a specific event, the app just keeps jumping around on the footage and will not play back what you are asking it to play.
The only way to overcome this seems to be to scoll far away like 4am or 1pm, let is start playing back on that time period and then go to 8am as an example and then it will show you what you wanted. This is far from ideal.

iVMS-4200 on Windows works a treat, no playback issues there. I am getting this issue only on Apple devices and it doesn't matter if the device is on the same Wi-Fi as the NVR or using 5G. Has anyone else had this odd thing happen? I have never had it before and had the system for quite a long time now. HDD is all good, not that I would have expected any issues with that as it works fine on iVMS.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have managed to do a recording of what I am describing....
ScreenRecording_10-19-2025 20-45-22_1.mov
In the above recording, you see I go from 08:55 to 08:10 and it jumps back to 08:55, I then go to 07:45 and it then lets me select 08:10 after.
