i am sorry my english is not the best. Could somebody help me ? I need the latest Firmware for my new iDS7732NXI-I4/8S. The current Firmware on my NVR is V4.1.19 build 180723. if i search on the site "Finding the Latest Hikvision Firmware for your NVR".
So i found this two Firmwares ( UK Download )
( NVR_K51_V20_FA_BL_ML_STD_V4.1.28_200603.zip and NVR_K51_V20_S_BL_ML_STD_V4.1.28_200603.zip ).
In the EU Download ( Netherlands ) i found "only" this Firmware
In the serial number of my NVR there is a country code CCRR. so i am confused about the different Firmware versions and i don´t know what firmware do i have to use. it´s a new NVR and all works ( I think so ). Could somebody please tell me which Firmware do I have to use. I bought it in Europe. Thanks for any HELP and excuse me for my bad english, i hope somebody understand my problem.
