Hi guys. I ordered this system off use ip in November 2022. And haven’t updated anything manually.
It seems very slow at the min at catching movement and my hikconnect app is slow like takes ages to load only as of a few weeks ago.
Pic attached of the models of devices. I did go on the nvr and check for updates but it says it’s up to date. I have automatic updates on….. Assume there maybe other ways to update it via usb?

Still trying ti figure out what’s wrong with the connect app. These 2 pages attached they just load for about 10 seconds before they come on. But this only started as of a few weeks ago nothing has been unplugged or changed from WiFi area for months. These nvr is plugged direct into the nvr via lan. We have good speed broadband. I replaced the lan cable just incase but no difference. Strange… I may try deleting the app and logging in via qr code on the new system see if that works
