Hik-Connect Opening the door lock in the Hik-connect application or indoor station?

Hi, I have a DS-KH6320-WTE1 indoor unit along with a DS-KV8113-WME1 outdoor unit.

When I ring the bell outside, I can answer the call, unlock the gate with the indoor unit.
I can do the same in the app when it rings.

When I want to unlock the outdoor station with the indoor unit, or make a call. No outside unit calls.
The operation failed.

My time is set well. The indoor station is connected and powered via an Ethernet cable.
The outdoor unit is connected via an ethernet cable and 12V. See wiring diagram.

Could someone advise me where the problem is? Why can't the door lock be opened via the application Hik-connect or only in the indoor station.
It only works when calling after pressing the ring button.

SOLVED: I updated to the latest firmware. All fixed and working perfectly.

Hello, can you please details on how you wired the lock? Are you using additional 12V power source to the lock - this is mentioned everywhere but I find it silly to bring another cable to the front gate. I just bought this set, both units are to be powered by PoE. I have a strike lock. Is it enough only as in your picture to wire the lock from COM1 and NO1?
