Problems with the IVMS 4200
I have a hik connect account to which I add my DVRs, I can see them well remotely, I recently installed IVMS 4200 to make a type of local recording on a PC, the process for local recording worked, but when it came to connecting my hik connect a single group was created with all the cameras from the different DVRs, when I try to create a group it is only created with 11 cameras and I cannot add more, it gives me this error:
After creating the first group with 11 cameras, I create a second group which does not allow me to add any cameras. If I delete a camera from the first group which has 11, in the second I can only add 1 camera. If you would be so kind, could you tell me What would be the problem and how to correct it.
