Very strange problem with camera - no longer receiving alerts via Hik-Connect from my DS-2TD2617-3/PA thermal camera?

Hello, i have recently bought a DS-2TD2617-3/PA that I use for perimeter protection connected to an NVR.
Suddenly today the camera stopped sending alert via Hik Connect and I can't figure out how to solve the problem! The strange thing is that the camera receive the alarms (because the light start blinking) and I receive all other cameras notification except from this one!
I have also tried hard reset via web browser but doesn't work.

Hi. What NVR model and firmware are you using?

Also, make sure that "notify surveillance centre" is enabled in the event settings on the NVR for that camera (under the "platform access" tab)
