Hey Miguel, we had the same issue with a customer of us, support told us exactly the same thing -_-
We did two things, updating the iOS to the lastest version (here it is Sierra 10.12.6) and in the iVMS Client disable the highlight option (screenshot)
The few ones I bought already had a proper power supply with them.
I don't think they work with just 5 Volts, something above 9V could be fine. And have an eye on the polarity, pin is +
lol, yeah sorry, if you never done it before...
Tell me a bit more about your equipment... The PTZ Kamera, will you power it from the car battery with 12 VDC?
Are you using a laptop to liveview and record, which camera model and which software do you plan to use?
Otherwise with my above IP...
Hey Guys
This isn't rocket science, your main problem would be the manual IP setting of the camera _and_ the computer, eg:
192.168.100.100 for the computer
192.168.100.101 for the camera
255.255.255.0 for the subnet
gateway and dns isn't needed
Like this you can access the camera by its IP...

The first camera is a 2MP resolution model, the 2nd is 4MP. To me it show like a bandwith problem, in which way are you connected to the NVR (LAN, WiFi, mobile)?
You can try to switch to the 2nd stream of the camera or to lower the resolution of the first stream directly on the camera (for...
Hi, I never saw such a model before, but it doesn't look like an actual model. So I wouldn't invest any money in this system anymore, to leave them in place is a good idea.
@Phil : I think the plug has only 4pins, at us they are called RJ-11/12 and are used for telephony and such stuff...
Yeah sorry, you got me :rolleyes:
I just did a few tests and saw, that the status display on the webinterface isn't always accurate.
But if you log in to no-ip.com, you can see the last update of your hostname by pressing the (i) button.
Try as well to put a local DNS as your...
