Audio on recorded videos of IP CAMERA

Hi! I've just extracted from my IP Camera some video recorded files and I can play them but there's not audio . It seems to me that I only can listen to audio when I'm using the app by mobile. What video player on PC do you recommend me for reading correctly this kind of video files? Thank you

We often recommend VLC Player as it supports many more compression CODECs than most video players
