ds-2cd1047g2-l too sensitive - lots of false alarms?

Hi There

I bought 3 ds-2cd1047g2-l colorvu with acusense and I already installed and configured them to sense humans with a sensitivity of 20, the minimum value. However, I am getting a lot of false alarms, with the wind, small insects, butterflies, etc. I uploaded a couple of the configurations I have now. Does someone know how to solve this?

Hi @Mauricio

You are using Motion Detection which is a basic event and this means that even with the Human/Vehicle filtering it is still quite a blunt tool that is more prone to false detections.

Have you tried configuring a Smart Event like Line Crossing or Intrusion Detection to cover that same area? If you have, do you still get the same level of false detections?
