Afternoon

I am trying to find firmware for some Dual Lens cameras but am getting stumped


they are DS-2SE7C124IW-AE I think they may be a G3

any ideas, I have checked the excel sheet to no avail

Hi @dturtill

It does appear to be a G3 PTZ firmware but looking at the firmware release notes on the Hikvision product page for this model it would appear to be using a more advanced firmware than is available for the other G3 models, so I would recommend using the firmware on that product page.

yes the standard G3 firmware doesn't work but the advanced one does will save the web page link
