Not an issue I've had personally but think I've seen it mentioned on here before...
There's a new patch firmware in the portal this morning for the I Series called 'HC Playback issue (exceeds max user) fix'. It does say importantly that it's not compatible with the 8 channel I series. There's no notes with it so it's not too clear which bug this fixes and whether or not it's related to the 'no more connections' message some users have reported. It's available here:
