Hi,
I have the DS-7732NXI-I4/S nvr and i have this issue:
In the past when i was choosing smart playback, all the motion detection movements was at the playback line with red marks and the video was playing them. Now when i select smart playback no motion detections comes on. The video is freeze and only alarms from (intrusion detection or line crossing) comes up and only at schedule the time i have set, not 24h.
Why this start happening?
Is it from something i have done?
How i can fix this?
Also one other thing that i cannot figure out is the line crossing or intrusion detection tool that is at smart playback.
When i try to use it does not work at all. Nothing comes up.
What do i have to do in order this function to work like i have seen in many youtube videos?
