Hello,
This morning, I took ownership of a new Hikvision DS-2CD63C5G0-IVS. This was to replace a broken Samsung SNF 8010 camera. All was going well, until I discovered that the on-board speaker doesn't appear to be working. If I try to do 2-way audio, I can hear the feed from the on-board microphone to another device that is viewing the camera stream... but if I try to speak back to the camera, there is no audio output from the on-board speaker. If I connect a set of speakers to the 3.5mm audio output jack, output can be heard from the set of speakers... so 2-way is working, but just not with the on-board speaker.
I can't seem to find any settings in relation to the audio output, I can only see microphone settings. I really hope that I haven't had additional bad luck and have received a faulty camera.
Have I missed something?
