HikVision H-508 ACU FPS limitation

Hi All,

I have a H-508 ACU DVR (Firmware: V4.26.131 build 210811) with 3x "Turbo HD" 4k cameras, model DS-2CE78U1T-IT3F attached.

The issue is, no matter what resolution I choose I can't select higher than 8fps. The specs of the DVR say that 3MP should let me select 18fps, but it doesn't.

8fps is the highest available regardless of what resolution I choose from the highest to the lowest. I've also tried rebooting the device after selecting a resolution to see if the FPS was "stuck", but it remains with just 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 fps available.

I've noticed I can't change "front end resolution" and that remains at 8MP but it's greyed out.

Any thoughts?

Managed to resolve this.

It appears the web panel doesn't have the full set of options and you need to access the DVR directly to set the input resolution of the cameras before it will allow you to alter the FPS.
