How do I Setup Email Notifications on a K-series NVR Running the Latest v4.30 Firmware?

Hi
Is anybody who can tell me how on this new FW i can configure gmail email to send notification ? I setup it to serwer SMTP: smtp.gmail.com, then port SSL 587 and enable SSL/TLS then type full email as user and verification/test to send is failed. Please help me....
