How to enable motion picture capture on Hikvision cameras?

I can’t seem to get my cameras to capture photos on the sd card I have configured the timed photos ok but the motion photos are not working,I’ve ticked the boxes marked timed capture,and enabled motion event capture.but still no motion event photos..any thing I’m doing wrong
