I did Factory Defaults reboot and now all of cameras say offline. How do I fix?

This looks like some kind of clone of Hikvision, probably an OEM.
I have not looked-up the model, and am assuming it is an NVR (not a DVR with analogue cameras).
If you run Hikvision's SADP utility on a PC on the same network what does it tell you?
It should reveal the current IP address of the recorder.
It'll only show the IP addresses of the cameras if they are on your network (not if they are plugged into the rear of the NVR).
