Ptz for Poc (Power over co-ax) system?

Hi everyone my name is Dave
I have a hik Poc system
And I would like to know is there any way to put a ptz camera on the system I can’t find one but have been told there is a different branded camera that is compatible
Or can be made to fit the system

Hikvision does offer a range of TurboHD Analog PTZs which should work as part of a Hik PoC system, but we only have experience with Hikvision Network PTZ cameras so can't really offer much more advice.
