How did you add the camera to the HIk-Connect App? Serial number or QR code.? QR codes are problematic with certain iphones/OS versions. Even though this problem does not exist on Android, I always use camera or NVR serial number to add.

How did you add the Camera/NVR to the Hik Connect App? Try using the QR Code or Serial number option...it does not work with IP(local) For complete feature access you must add the device to Hik-Connect cloud platform service

Just to add to this. The model is a manual Pan and Tilt and motorised zoom. Another thing to try when software options seem missing is try a different browser or check plugin update. Now the newer cameras are being designed to work with chrome they don't work with IE.
