Camera and NVR Selection for a Restaurant

I'm looking to install cameras for a restaurant (700m^2) with a large outdoor space of about (6,000m^2).

For the exterior I've been researching 4MP ColorVu bullet cameras and for the interior 4MP Acusense dome cameras.
Please feel free to suggest other options as I am not an expert with Hikvision cameras

I'm still not sure of which NVR to use considering some posts describe issues with acusense NVRs and suggesting it's preferable to have the detection on the camera itself instead of the NVR.

Considering I'm looking to install ~20 cameras, can you please help recommend which Cameras and NVR to use? I really appreciate any help!

Apologies for the slow response, your camera choices sound good to me.

AcuSense domes should be fine indoors and as long as you have additional lighting around the outdoor space I think the ColorVu Bullets will be fine for that as well.

In regards to an NVR, we would probably recommend a DS-7732NI-M4/16P 32-channel M-series NVR

Quick question, in this case would the cameras require Acusense or does the NVR itself include this built in?

Additionally, I'd like to add a camera with facial recognition to create a database of the people walking in, do you have a camera in mind for that use case?

Lastly, I would appreciate it a lot if you could link me to the Cameras you recommend for indoor / outdoor. I really appreciate the help!

Almost all the current Hikvision cameras include AcuSense technology so I wouldn't worry about this, the only difference between the latest M-series I recommended and the AcuSense is that the AcuSense NVR will let you add AcuSense features to up to 4 non-AcuSense cameras (at limited resolution).

But as I say, almost all cameras include AcuSense features now and those features are supported by the M-series NVR, the AcuSense NVR only really makes sense if you are upgrading an existing system and want to hang on to some non-AcuSense cameras.

The 4MP ColorVu Bullet camera we would recommend is the DS-2CD2647G2T-LZS 4MP ColorVu Motorised Varifocal Bullet IP Camera and for the 4MP Dome camera we would recommend either the DS-2CD2146G2-ISU 4MP AcuSense Fixed Dome Network Camera or the DS-2CD2546G2-IS 4MP AcuSense Mini Dome Network Camera

For Facial Recognition, you will need a specialist camera like the iDS-2CD7146G0-IZS 4MP DeepinView Indoor IR Varifocal Dome Camera
