Configuring my 7608NXI-K2 NVR for timeline events detection without notifications?

Hey guys,

I have a couple of Acusense video cameras and an NVR with Acusense.

Some of my cameras are configured for smart event intrusion detection at specific times when I'm out of the house. It's nice that I get a timeline entry and notification if someone is in my garden, but I would also like to detect all people outside my perimeter without receiving any notifications—just entries on the timeline.

I tried setting up motion detection for the entire area without notifications, but that isn't working.
Any ideas?

It only works if I enable notifications, but I don't need those.

Hi @fr0zenn - that's weird, motion detection without notifications should still work as you need it to.
Is your NVR using the newest firmware - V4.82.007 build 240321?
The cameras are Acusense so make sure you aren't ticking 'Enable AI by NVR' on either of the event settings.
What are you camera model numbers and firmware versions too?
