Counter light blurry odd video when dark colorvue DS-2CD2347G2-LU camera?

Hi everyone,

I have the following colorvue Hikvision camera:
Model = DS-2CD2347G2-LU
I noticed the following odd video output from the camera. It’s 20:48 and dark outside. The picture you are seeying is when a car drives off at the other side of our street. I tried a few settings but keep seeying the same when I “give” the camera some direct light from my own car lights (break and front lights).

Anyone with the perfect setting to overcome this issue?

Check the camera closely for moisture on the lens or even the tiniest amount of condensation inside. That’s not normal and there’s no setting that will clear it.
