Hi there - have a setup at home installed a couple of months ago with 14* 8mp accusense cameras and hik vision NVR.
All been working well, and line detection and intrusion detection smart events triggering notifications on my mobile on the hik-connect app, and then in there I can see the short video of the event.
Then, since thursday, I've had none of these coming through.... the main one that triggers all the time is the line detection by gate to our house when somebody crosses it.
On the NVR, if I go and look on the connected monitor, I can see that the smart events are being logged and triggered correctly, so camera and NVR working.... but its not alerting through to the app on my phone since Thursday. I have tried rebooting the NVR
Nothing has changed and I haven't changed anything on the setup.
Has there been an update on the HIK Connect app which has broken this...?
Notifications are enabled in the app.
Any ideas...?
