has anyone a changelog to the new firmware for the thermal cameras

Unfortunately, it is very common for Hikvision to not release the changelog/release notes for a particular firmware at the same time as the firmware itself. We have pointed out to them on multiple occasions that not all users are 100% confident about updating firmware until they know what it will change, but from our experience getting Hikvision to change the way they do things is almost impossible so if you need to see the release notes before installing you are likely going to have to wait the 3-4 weeks they usually take to release them.

i received the changelog from Hikvision China

Very good changelog. New updates for VCA Rules and detection to reduce false alarms.
