Hikvision DVR seems to have failed after installation / was initially working?

Hello, I purchased a hikvision dvr model DS - 7208HQHI-K1. with its 8 cameras.
During installation I started the dvr and it works and shows the system configuration.

Then, got stuck and shows nothing on the screen.
I have restarted the dvr several times but nothing appears?

Hi @jalloul

If the DVR is boot looping or not reaching the wizard setup/login pages then there is likely a fault and you will need to speak to who you bought it from about a return/warranty replacement.
