Door Entry Hikvision intercom problem - no video showing?

Hello everyone, I ran into a problem. I tried to connect 1 outdoor station kd8003 Poe and 1 indoor station 6320 two wire version system. I connected the outdoor station to the poe switch. I only used the power adapter and connected the indoor station to the internet as wifi. My problem is, when someone calls in the outdoor station, I only hear voice and talk, but no video. Only when I press the button, the image appears and then there is no image. I have to press the button to see the other person. Has anyone encountered this problem? I was wondering if the systems are incompatible. i am waiting for help

Can you confirm what firmware versions both the outdoor station and indoor station are currently using?
