I am in Toronto canada, I change 100 times my country time, but not correct time

Hi guys I need your help, I got this cameras in my home

[2.8mm] Hikvision DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS 4MP Built-in Mic Wifi indoor Dome Camera

, and I change time 100 times to Toronto Canada tine, it is always going back to ONE HOUR AFTER, so I like to know "How to set Current Eastern Standard Time" permanently,

hi here, I did this DST setting still time goes ONE HOUR AFTER, so can you make me correct.

I did right click and Synchronisation, then stay current time for 30 seconds then goes back to ONE HOUR AFTER, so please make me correct.

You may find that the ntp server that you are using automatically adjusts the time for DST, so your settings for DST are not needed (some do).

The below settings for Time and DST work well for HikVision products in the UK.

1)--I did pool.ntp.org , when I save it, after that it will not stay this setting permanently, then again it will DISABLE by itself,.
2)--I did DST setting , still not get current time,.
3)--I did Manual Sync Time match with Windows, still not get correct time,

So please let me know, what else I have to do to get current time,.

hi there, yes I have nvr behind the camera, so I fix in nvr, after this it will getting current time,.

now every thing goes fine,.

Thanks for the feedback.

If an NVR is within the installation, it always work as an "master clock" for the cameras. So it will overwrite all settings inside the cameras periodically. Just set the right time and DST at the NVR and you're done.
