YI'm using version .78 and I've noticed that when I open the camera in Hikconnect, the audio doesn't play unless I press the two-way communication button. Do you know if that's an option?

You should hear audio as soon as the camera live stream is opened. 2 way audio is available once the microphone icon is clicked, just the same as any other 2 way audio camera. Just turn the volume up a little on your phone, you'll actually hear that the audio is there but clicking the 2 way audio button amplifies it further.

Deberías escuchar el audio en cuanto se abra la transmisión en vivo de la cámara. It looks as though this version (3.7.0_250317) has been pulled. On both the global and UK firmware pages as well as the product page it is no longer available and is showing the previous version (2.2.78_241012) as the most current firmware.

Thats intresting I just updated a new KV6113-WPE1(C) on thursday and 30 minuites later it lost network connection
I run POE and 12 volt to it but network lights up on switch powers up but SAPD and the indoor station did not find it.
Just sent it back to supplier.

I'd already downgraded the firmware on mine to 2.2.78 because of issues I was having with Hik-Connect. As it happens mine is now knackered; the daytime image is pink suggesting that the IR cut filter is jammed so I'll have to return it.

Ive reverted today, disaster caused me so many various issues. going to chug along and way for a new firmware to hopefully re 'fix' everything as I really can't be bothered of going through the hassle of resetting up

The IR was an issue I had in the past with DS-KV6113WPE1(A) after enabling Semi-Digital mode in Advanced Settings.
Opening the device to check IRs was the reason to buy a second similar(A) device.
The IR issue on my first device could not be solved by reseting to factory defaults or re-installing same or previous firmwares.
The only way to fix, was a with a serial connection, putty and tftd32 by using a previous firmware. Magically solved

Я уже понизил версию прошивки на своем до 2.2.78 из-за проблем с Hik-Connect. Так уж получилось, что мой теперь изношен; дневное изображение розовое, что говорит о том, что ИК-фильтр заклинил, так что мне придется вернуть его.

Да, вы можете просто перезагрузить предыдущую версию так же, как и при обновлении. Вы не потеряете никаких настроек.

I'm short on time, due to personal circumstances, so have not been keeping up with the latest on this issue.

If someone could kindly let me know if I should be downgrading my doorbell firmware, or leaving it on the current known bad one and doing something different on the NVR?

As far as I know everything is working but recording broke with this firmware (when added as access control device).

Just need a quick fix as don't currently have the doorbell recording.

Getting spammed with motion detection with no pictures or anything i have set to low and draw a line, this also happens when add it to my nvr m series as a acces device the spamming starts and cant use it

Do you have indoor station on 2.2.100 firmware version?

You need to manually enable capture snapshot on it to work.
With new firmware 2.2.100 you can even enable motion recording directly on indoor station(You need to have SD Card inside)
