I was hoping the android unit where good but the feel slow and yes it works with the alarm via hikconect but they told us it would perfectly integrate with nvr and alarm but is mwhhhh

Yesterday I upgrade to 3.7.0
Since then no picture captured in the Hikvision app when there is a movement in the area

Yes. Motion-detection is on.
Indoorstation settings are not changed after firmware update of doorstation, snapshot is on

I've allready tried resetting the settings.
Everything else works:
- Image visible in the app when the doorbell rings
- Live view and video of the person ringing the doorbell visible on the indoor station
- Video of any motion detection visible on the indoor station
Only no image captured / visible in the app when motion is detected by the doorstation

No idea what caused it or what the solution was, but its working again.
Only thing I noticed is that the notification of movement without picture was labeled as "main door station"

Now its working again, the label in the notification with picture is changed to the alias of the door station.

Hi! I have a VI-K46P kit, with a 6113 door station. I updated the door station to the newest firmware, unfortunately it caused that I can’t see its ip address neither on SAPD tool nor IVMS 4200 (or indoor station), it looks like it is completely gone.

Can somebody help me with the downgrade?

I upgraded my (c) doorbell to 3.7.0 250709 last night. Doorbell with indoor station and HikConnect all working fine. However, the device is showing offline in the "access control" tab in my NVR (M series on 5.04.066) and so the channel is no longer recording. I tried removing and re-adding the device, using Quick add. It shows Online before adding, but then offline once added.

Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

I assume you mean within the same "Access control devices" tab. Tried 80 (from 8000) and now instead of "offline" it's "Network disconnected".
I also tried adding it directly as a video device (again with 80) and still get "Network disconnected".

Doorbell is connected directly into a POE switch.

Okay, i dont have serie 6 now to test but modular on 3.7.1 works well. But my firmware is lower on NVR V5.04.060 build 250523
