No Playback menu in camera web interface

Hello!

Please help me with strange problem: there is no Playback menu in camera web interface.
How can I turn it on?

Camera: DS-2CD2085G1-I
Latest firmware. Hardware reset with external button was done.

Problem occurs in all browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera.
SD card installed and formatted, status "Normal".

Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Are you using a Windows 10 PC?
 
Chrome was freshly installed.
In other browsers "Playback" button had never appeared before so I think it shouldn't interfere with cache in anyway.
I have Windows 7 64 bit PC.

Am I the first one reporting this issue?

Have you tried using Internet Explorer?

Unfortunately, although Hikvision has made a lot of progress with modern browser compatibility there are still lots things that do not work properly when using these browsers and so we would still recommend using Internet Explorer.

I should also point out that you are not on the latest firmware for this camera so we would definitely recommend updating to v5.6.5

In IE (ver. 8.0) now I see Playback and Picture tabs.
It's a pity to see such poor web interface support from a company like Hikvision.

Thanks! It works well however didn't solve the problem.
By "latest" I meant version on www.hikvision.com site. And again it looks like company's support fault.
 
I think I've got it.
After installing WebComponents.exe every browser now shows Playback and Picture tabs.
But anyway that's a bit complicated, I thought in 2020 it should work out_of_the_box.
