However when I connect the HDMI to my TV I can see the cameras working but I cannot get it to work on my computer. I know that the cameras are working but I can't get it to work on my computer to set any features such as auto tracking someone please help me.

Image 3 - SADP - 2x NVRs - different domain ranges?

Internet Explorer is your friend - can you access the NVR(s) using IE at the IP address shown?

Are you using Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser?
Have you installed the web components plugin?

It will not work with the Microsoft Edge browser.

Read what I said.

Please, use Internet Explorer - first.

It is possible to use the Chrome browser, but you will need to install the IEtab extension (to emulate Internet Explorer).

Yes.
Go to the Start bar search box, just type "internet" and the IE shortcut icon will appear

I learned early on to pay attention to every word Phil writes lol. Made a few mistakes glossing over stuff.
