Upgrade firmware DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B)

Hello,

I search into the forum and i found 2 possible firmware but nether of them worked
one is: HIKVISION UK PORTAL
another one is:HIKVISION UK PORTAL
I have:
DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B)
actual firmware version+build:V3.4.100 build 180310
And im located in EU

Any help?

at the end i sovled the problem by doing 3 upgrades in a row:
from this url:https://www.hikvisioneurope.com/eu/...oduct Firmware/05 K-series/K1(B)/[76NI-K1(B)]
I upgrade to:V3.4.112_build200415
then to:V4.30.000_build200508
and at the end to: V4.30.085 build210409

But now i have an issue with authentication which is blank, i cant select basic or anithing because is just blank and also the url for isapi is not working, i will get 401 error

Ok i managed to solve that by just clicking on the white line and save, seems that one worked, but now why i cant see the stream via isapi?
i used: http://user:pass@fqdn/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/102/httpPreview
and i will get

Hi @bit2gb, my advice is to factory reset the NVR. You went from GUI 3.0 to GUI 4.0. It's a big step and there is a good chance that every change didn't applied.

Yes i know. Functionality in GUI 3 and 4 are not the same. There are many differences. That's why you should factory defult the NVR.

Firmware - Should a 'Factory Reset' be recommended as Best Practice after updating NVR firmware?

Is there any particular reason why it is not normally suggested the NVR be Factory Reset after applying an upgraded firmware? Correspondences I have had with Hikvision Support will on almost every occassion suggest the NVR should be Reset. I might be the odd one out here, but it does make...
