Hik-Connect Event viewer in Hik-Connect

Hello, I have browed the forum and learned that the web version of the NVR unit won't show markers for smart events, and that is only showed on the monitor connected to the NVR. How about in Hik-Connect? I am looking at it and it just shows a timeline with a single colour and no events. Am I right in thinking they don't show events there either? Thanks

If you are running the latest version of the Hik-Connect app then there should be an Event Playback menu which will let you playback your event notifications.

Hi @Dan thanks for that. I managed to get some notifications showing and vieweing them as you suggested. I guess I was hoping/expecting to see red markers on the timeline itself. Thanks again
