Door Entry Hik-Connect - doesn't capture picture of ringing person?

I have video interphone DS-KD8003-IME1 and monitor DS-KH6320-WTE1/EU.
Since few weeks neither Hik-Connect nor application at indor station (monitor) doesn't capture picture of person ringing the door bell (outdoor station).
SD memory card is inserted into the monitor, has plenty of room and works fine.
Till 23rd of December 2022 it was capturing pictures (last stored picture), since then two things have changed and one concerns me much:
- I did a firmware update of outdoor station to the newest release V 2.2.62 built 230110. Update was successful, everything works fine (live view on the indoor unit, on the app, calls) etc) but after the update, I have no access to settings of outdoor unit over iVMS-4200 (the newest version 3.6.1.3)
When I click to cog wheel of DS-KD8003-IME1 I see only a blank page linked to http://127.0.0.1:8090/WebCfgPackage/Packages/01/020/index.asp
So I am not able to see any settings nor to make a firmware upgrade (or downgrade)
- In the meantime my app Hik-Connect on iOS 16.2 has automatically upgraded to the completely new version 5.0.2 20221211

I haven't noticed when exactly problem with missing pictures started and what was the trigger - upgrade firmware of outdoor unit or mobile app.
I upgraded also indoor unit and iVMS-4200 to the newest version but without effect (I did it after I noticed problem).

Have you got any idea why pictures are not taken ? Is there any setting to enable/disable pictures ?
How to solve problem of lack of access to setup of outdoor unit over iVMS-4200 ? It seems to me that it might bring about problem with missing pictures.

I have the exact same problem after a firmware upgrade. I also don't seem to remember the password. Does anyone have a tip to make the DS-KD8003-IME1 call again (I will receive video images)

Hi, on newest FW you need to enable that option. Go to Settings, choose little house (third option on side), enable it and choose call management center, snapshot...

Do you have a picture of the steps mentioned. It is not clear to me where I can make a change. I can no longer go to the website of DS-KD8003-IME1 : Via the website I get this error message : Access Error: 404 -- Not Found Can't locate document: /

Do this trought indoor unit it self. On screen. Not trought outdoor unit.

Cog wheel (Settings), then Preferences (little house icon with star inside)

You have another problem. If you go to Live View from indoor station can you see image from outdoor unit?

Check time on indoor and on outdoor unit. If you can call from outdoor to indoor unit maybe time isn't snyc.
try batch time snyc in ivms.

calling failed means that the indoor station failed to register on outdoorstation
Rebooting the indoor should make a new SIP register attempt, it should work then
But the white pages is indeed an issue, maybe your device is somehow corrupt, maybe bad flash, thats why maybe the indoor is not able to register?
Maybe downgrade? there is an sadp tool i believe where you can also send firmwares with, to downgrade back to 2.2.56

Btw, dont download firmwares from hikvision site, always wait untill you see it on the tech portal itself, and wait untill they supply also the release notes... Maybe in release notes they mention something about this firmware

Just got intel, 2.2.62 will be pulled from servers , because of issues, that's why it's also not visible on tech portal

Guys, i also updated to : V2.2.62_230204

But same bevaviour, do you guys fixed it?
Also tried updating ivms to latest 3.9 version, but doesnt help
