Hi,
I have two ds-kb8113-ime1 configured with an ds -kh6320-wte1 screen. The settings were made and redone, placing a ds-kb as main and another as slave (both as villa door station), the screen and the slave added in the "device management" tab in the main ds-kb and with fixed ips. The big problem is this: The system works when it wants to. Most of the time the calls work normally, however on other occasions, when calling the screen, the device is not able to unlock the electronic door lock by clicking on the key icon. An important detail is that when clicking on the key icon on the screen (DS-KH) the DS-KB8113-IME1 imitates the phrase "The door is open", but the door is not released. As mentioned above, I already reconfigured the system, formatted all devices, updated everyone's firmware, rebooted, etc., and the situation still doesn't change. Can you help me?
